We at Professional Pest Management are exploring ways to enhance our customers by providing services to meet the industry's trend toward greener pest management. We are considering making changes to almost every aspect possible to improve our ability to offer services that are green for our customers. We intend to continue improving our social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

• Knowing the pests' biology
• Using low-impact materials and baits
• Excluding the pest

Professional Pest Management has and will always consider the customers first, paying attention to safety and satisfaction. When conventional materials are used they are applied ina manor to eliminate, control, and prevent pest activity causing minimal immpact on untargeted pests.

We have made changes in most exterior perimeter applications. We have changed from the large gas powered sprayer which is capable of spraying 10 gallons a minute to light weight electrical sprayers which improves dispensing products. These light weight sprayers enable us to access difficult areas reducing over-spray and drift.

Our vehicles that transport these sprayers are equipped with 30 gallon water tanks. Material is only mixed before the application with the proper amount for the job. This minimizes the risk of spill during an accident and eliminates the possibility of a major spill.

Our disposal of material and empty containers are in compliance with the Michigan Department of Aquiculture.

In our office we are looking at the amount of paper used and disposing it by shredding.
